NEW BEGINNING

my winter break is almost over. i'm actually kind of looking forward to going back to school. i realized keeping myself busy with work actually keeps me sane.

i spent a lot of time at home this winter break. i don't think i've ever been home for so many days since i entered high school. the past 2 weeks made me realize a lot of things that i never knew before. i guess it was always there, but it was the right time, right place, just the right moment.

i love my family and my friends, i wouldn't trade anything for them. rather than partying and such, i enjoyed all the quality time i was able to spend with them. this semester is my last semester, everything is already starting to feel different. i have to take full responsibility for my actions, and nevertheless..i have to make decisions that would not only do me good, but do good for everybody around me.

so to conclude this, please cherish everybody around you. decisions you make doesn't only affect you, it also affects everybody who cares for you.

picked up this 2007 issue of italian vogue last night after work. these are just so gorgeous, i'm loving it!

i-D MAGAZINE

I always bump into random things and I get all these crazy thoughts. and I'll tell myself, "I'm so gona blog about that when I get home!" it honestly never happens. I either get caught up with workload at home or I'm too tired to think by the time I get home.

so what do people blog about? what does it take for a person to read one's blog everyday? and why do people blog? I'm just curious.

anyways, I picked up some new magazines. if you knew me, you would know my place is like a personal library..of magazines and design books that is.

I recently picked up a book on i-d magazine covers throughout the years. I noticed a pattern, just about every cover is either one eye covered or one eye is winking. I decided to look up the concept but I couldn't really find anything, or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough at the moment. but I do think it's worth taking a look. here's a few:

PLASTICS

so after 3 hours of sleep, i'm feeling fresh like a million bucks. the weather isn't the best today, but it's one of those days where you wake up with hopes and dreams.

i've been in school since 8am. after an hour of researching on plastics, i came across this song which brings me back to all those tvb drama days haha. this jam deff. just made my day, so i decided to share.
